Description

Recommended dose: for skin, hair, nails and joints, take 5 drops twice daily. For healthy bone benefits only: Take 6 drops once daily instead. Mix BioSil in a 1/4 cup or more of beverage and drink promptly with or without food or as professionally directed.

Ingredients: choline (as ch-OSA®), Silicon (as Choline-Stabilized Orthosilicic Acid) (ch-OSA®), glycerol, purified water.
