Folate 400mcg 90 caps (PureEncap). Folate 400 provides folate as 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF), the universally metabolized and biologically active form of folate. Folate contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism, psychological function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Recommended dose: ?capsule 1 to 2 times daily, with meals, or as professionally directed.
Ingredients: Hypoallergenic plant fiber (microcrystalline cellulose), calcium-L-methylfolate. Vegetarian capsule (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose).
