Important information
- Breakspear Medical reserves the right to charge the full fee for any missed appointments or those cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
- Discretionary fees may be charged for prescriptions and the reading and writing of emails and reports beyond normal correspondence.
- In order to book follow-up consultations, renew prescriptions and/or order nutritional products, patients must attend an in-person follow-up consultation at least every 12 months.
- Please come scent-free. Anyone wearing scented products when attending the clinic may be asked to change into a hospital gown during their visit to reduce the impact.
