Due to the potentially sensitive nature of the information on your account, this process is a manual one and cannot be completed online. It is completed by our administration department.

To request your account be closed, you may do one of the following.

Please email us at the address shown below and include the following information;

  • Your name in full
  • Your date of birth
  • Your account number (you will find this on your account profile page)
  • The reason(s) why you are closing your account (this is optional yet it is helpful).

Send your email with the subject line ‘Request to close’ to accounts@breakspearmedical.com.

In writing

Write to us at the address shown in the footer of this web page with the information listed above. We recommend posting by first class or registered if your request is urgent.

What happens next?

We will confirm your request by return email/letter within two working days of receipt.

A member of our Administration team will manually check your account to ensure that all purchases have been fulfilled and there are no outstanding transactions, after which we will delete your account and notify you by email (or letter if by written request).

If you change your mind and decide to return to us, you will need to re-register.
