ProFlora 5 (probiotic) 60caps (PureEncap). 5-strains of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacteria. ProFlora-5 provides 5-strains of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacteria for everyday use. Each shelf-stable, dairy-free capsule provides 10 billion colony forming units (CFU) of good bacteria.

Recommended dose: 1 capsule, 1?2 times daily, with or between meals, or as professionally directed.

Ingredients: Hypoallergenic plant fiber (microcrystalline cellulose), Bifidobacterium bifidum Bb-06, Bifidobacterium longum Bl-05, Lactobacillus acidophilus La-14, Lactobacillus rhamnosus La-32, Bifidobacterium lactis Bl-04. Vegetarian capsule (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose).
