After completing his Doctor in Medicine and Surgery qualification in 1998, Dr Mohamed completed his residency in infectious diseases, which gives him GMC registration as a specialist in this field in 2003. After moving to the UK in 2005, Dr Mohamed worked as a Senior House Officer in Orthopaedics in different NHS hospitals in 2009. He then worked as a Resident Medical Officer at the Orthopaedic and Spine Specialist Hospital in Peterborough for 5 years.
